Teeling Single Pot Still 750 ml

Teeling Single Pot Still is the first single pot still Irish whiskey distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years. It is made from a mash of 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Teeling's Dublin distillery, and matured in a mix of American virgin oak, ex-bourbon, and sherry casks. Bottled non-chill filtered at 92 proof (46% ABV).

Aromas of cinnamon, grapefruit, cream soda, and roasted almonds. The palate opens with white pepper, then ripe kumquats, peaches and cream, and a touch of honey, and the finish is dry and spicy with dark muscovado sugar.
