St. George Bruto Americano Bitter Aperitif 750ml

St. George Bruto Americano is a bitter aperitivo liqueur from St. George Spirits in California, made as an American take on Italian red bitters. Gentian root provides the bitterness, California-grown Seville orange the citrus, and balsam fir and cascara sagrada a woodsy note. Cochineal gives it its ruby-red color. It is bottled at 24% ABV.

The producer notes bright citrus, cinnamon, sandalwood and fir on the nose. Use it in a Negroni, an Americano or a spritz. 750 mL.
