Severo Reposado Tequila 750 ml

Severo is made by Casa Don Roberto, a Mexican-owned tequila house established in 1924 in Jalisco. Production is led by master distiller Estella Anguiano, one of the industry's pioneering female distillers with more than 30 years of experience, and the house emphasizes sustainability so that no part of the agave goes to waste.

This reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the Tequila Valley, cooked in autoclaves, milled with a roller mill and double distilled in column and copper pot stills. It then rests about 10 months in American white oak, which gives it a copper color and aromas of fresh vanilla bean, maple syrup and rich caramel. The palate is velvety with a medium-to-long finish. Try it neat, or alongside carrot cake or an apple tart.
