Pluma Negra Jabali 750 ml

Pluma Negra Jabali 750 ml represents the pinnacle of artisanal mezcal, born from the rare and notoriously difficult-to-tame wild Jabali agave. Harvested from the rugged terrain of Oaxaca, this spirit is a testament to the master distiller's patience and skill, as the agave’s unique characteristics demand a meticulous and labor-intensive fermentation process. The result is a profoundly complex liquid that captures the untamed spirit of the Mexican highlands, offering a sophisticated profile that balances earthy richness with delicate botanical nuances.

On the palate, this premium mezcal unfolds with layers of cooked agave sweetness, punctuated by piquant spice and a distinct mineral backbone that reflects the unique terroir of its origin. The finish is long and velvety, leaving a lingering impression of subtle wood smoke and crisp citrus that will satisfy even the most discerning connoisseurs. Presented in an elegant 750ml format, Pluma Negra Jabali is more than a spirit; it is a celebration of heritage and a rare sensory treasure designed for moments of pure indulgence and reflection.
