Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne 750 ml

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is the house's signature non-vintage Champagne and a good introduction to its fresh, floral style. Grapes are selected from around 30 crus, then blended from equal parts Pinot Noir and Meunier with 20% Chardonnay, and the wine rests at least three years on its lees before release.

In the glass it shows a fine, consistent bead of bubbles that carries floral, slightly honeyed fruit aromas. The palate is fresh and balanced, with white fruit up front, a gentle depth from the extended time on the lees, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or pour it alongside oysters, sushi, light seafood and soft cheeses. It is equally at home in a toast at a wedding or birthday.
