Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Brut Champagne 2018 750ML

Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut 2018 is a vintage Champagne blended from 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, and 5% Meunier, drawing on crus including Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus, and Mailly. The wine spent at least six years on the lees and carries a dosage of 7 grams per liter; it is bottled at 12.5% ABV. The house describes 2018 as a sunny, warm growing season that brought the grapes to full ripeness.

Perrier-Jouët notes a golden color, a floral nose of carnation, lime blossom, and jasmine, and a fine, silky palate with a subtly spicy finish of Timut pepper. Serve at 46–50°F as an aperitif or around 54°F with seafood such as sea bass, lobster, or prawns.
