Milam & Greene Port Cask Finished Rye Whiskey 750ml

Milam & Greene Port Cask Finished Rye begins with rye whiskey distilled in Indiana, then travels to Texas for finishing in used Port wine casks. The team monitors the casks as the Texas climate shapes their influence, blending and proofing the whiskey when the desired balance is reached. This 750ml bottle is 47% ABV, or 94 proof.

The producer highlights aromas of cinnamon, chocolate and dark fruit, including blackcurrant and blackberry. A rich texture leads into a long, warming finish. Enjoy it neat or over a large ice cube to explore the combination of rye character and Port-cask influence.
