Manuscrito Chapter Two High Proof Blanco Tequila 750ml

Manuscrito Chapter Two is a high proof single estate blanco tequila from El Sabino Distillery in the highlands of Jalisco. Blue Weber agave harvested at six to eight years is slow cooked in stone ovens, fermented in open-air tanks with native yeast and agave fibers, and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled unaged.

Expect cooked agave, bell pepper, black pepper and citrus. Sip it neat with a few drops of water or use it in a tequila cocktail. 750 mL.
