Los Javis Joven Blanco Espadin 750ml

Los Javis Espadín Joven is an unaged mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The espadín agave is roasted in an underground pit oven, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented with wild airborne yeasts and double distilled in copper pot stills.

Sip it neat with orange slices or use it in a mezcal margarita or Oaxaca old fashioned. 750 mL.
