Lo Veras Joven Artesanal 750ml

Lo Veras Joven is an artisanal mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, made from espadín agave. The agave is roasted for three to five days in a river-rock oven fired with pine wood, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented with wild yeast in open-air pine tanks and double distilled in small copper stills. It is unaged and bottled at 40% ABV.

Reviewers note honey, melon and graham cracker. Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal margarita. 750 mL.
