Le Portier Shay Collector Edition - E Drop 750ml

Le Portier Shay is a VSOP Cognac created with Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe, named in honor of the grandmother who raised him. It blends eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois, distilled in Charentais copper pot stills and aged more than four years in French oak, and is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Expect caramelized spiced apple, blackcurrant, and butterscotch on the nose, a silky palate of dried fruit and gentle spice, and a warm finish with orange zest. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in a Cognac cocktail.
