Highland Park Viking Heart Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 15 year

Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, matured mostly in first-fill European oak sherry-seasoned casks, with first-fill American oak sherry-seasoned casks and a small share of refill casks. It is bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV) in an embossed ceramic bottle made with Wade Ceramics, inspired by earthenware vessels once used at the distillery.

Highland Park lists charred cinnamon and mellow heather-peat smoke on the nose, with vanilla sponge cake, lemon zest, pineapple, and heather honey on the palate and a gentle, aromatic smoke on the finish. Drink it neat or with a drop of water.
