Description
Fidencio Pechuga Añejo is a pechuga-style mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave by the Jiménez family in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The agave is roasted in an earthen pit, naturally fermented and distilled in copper pots, and the mezcal is then aged in oak. It is bottled at 50.4% ABV.
Sip it neat in a small glass or copita. 750 mL.
