Fidencio Tobala Joven Mezcal 750ml

Fidencio Tobalá is a joven mezcal made from wild Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum) by fourth-generation mezcalero Enrique Jiménez in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The agave is roasted for five days in an earthen pit over black oak, crushed with a tahona, fermented with wild yeast and double distilled in copper.

Expect bright fruit, acidity and subtle smoke. Sip it neat at room temperature. 750 mL.
