Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin 750ml

Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin draws inspiration from Victoria, British Columbia, the City of Gardens. Handcrafted in copper pot stills, it combines nine botanicals, including juniper, elderflower, rose, lavender and orange peel.

Gentle floral flavors meet citrus, spice and a touch of sweetness, while red rose petals and black carrot give the gin its natural ruby hue. This 750ml bottle is 42.5% ABV, or 85 proof. Serve with tonic and a citrus garnish, or use it in a floral French 75 or a gin spritz.
