Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin

Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin is made in small batches in copper pot stills at Victoria Distillers in Victoria, British Columbia. Its botanicals include juniper, cucumber, fresh lemon zest, jasmine, star anise, and cardamom, and it is bottled at 85 proof (42.5% ABV).

Expect bright lemon zest and crisp cucumber over juniper and jasmine, with a light, refreshing finish. The brand's signature serve is a Cucumber & Tonic with premium tonic, a cucumber slice, and a lemon wheel.
