El Cristiano Silver 750 ml

El Cristiano Silver is an unaged tequila made from six-year-old Weber blue agave at Casa Tequilera de Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco (NOM 1499). The agave is cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, a method that preserves some of the plant's fresh, green minerality.

In the glass it's crystal clear, with fresh cooked agave leading the way and gentle hints of honey butter and sage. The body is light and clean, and the finish stays true to the agave.

That bright, straightforward profile makes it a strong mixing tequila: shake it into a Margarita, top it with grapefruit soda for a Paloma, or keep it simple with soda and lime. It's also easy enough to sip chilled for anyone who likes a crisp blanco.
