Código 1530 Kevin O'Leary Blanco 750 ml

This limited Blanco comes from Código 1530's collaboration with entrepreneur Kevin O'Leary, released as the Still Strength "Wonderful Edition". It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from Amatitán, Jalisco, and bottled straight from the still without dilution, additives or barrel aging, so you taste the agave exactly as it came off the still.

Expect freshly crushed agave, citrus zest and white pepper on the nose. The palate is earthy and mineral with clean agave sweetness and hints of green herbs and lime. The finish is lively and long, with a peppery snap and a dry citrus lift. Because it is bottled at still strength, it drinks with more intensity than a standard blanco.

Sip it neat to appreciate the agave, or add a single ice cube to open it up. It also makes a bold, agave-forward margarita for anyone who likes their cocktails with real backbone.
