Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro 500ml

Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro is a rich, bittersweet red vermouth from Piedmont, Italy. Named for the tradition of an after-theater drink in Torino, it builds on Cocchi’s Moscato-based vermouth with additional wine and bitter botanicals. Rhubarb, gentian and cinchona contribute depth while the wine retains a refreshing lift.

This 500ml bottling is 16% ABV and offers a bolder alternative to a conventional sweet vermouth. Serve over ice with lemon peel, or mix into a Rob Roy or a whiskey cocktail that benefits from added bitterness. Refrigerate after opening to keep its wine character fresh.
