Chicken Cock Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon 750 ML

Chicken Cock Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by combining a small number of casks aged at least four years. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, and it's bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

The brand's notes list orange zest, vanilla pastry, clove, and candied ginger on the nose, then butterscotch, honey, vanilla custard, and orange peel on the palate, finishing with apricot, toffee, and red apple skin. Try it neat, with a splash of water, or in an Old Fashioned.
