Cabal Reposado is aged 6 to 10 months in ex-bourbon and ex-rye whiskey barrels and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Aromas of baked agave, dark chocolate, citrus, and subtle oak. The palate has baked agave, orange zest, and almond, and the finish brings butterscotch with walnut and citrus zest. It won Gold at the 2021 SF Spirits Awards.
