Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned Copper - OFC 1996 750 ml

Buffalo Trace O.F.C. 1996 is a vintage-dated Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled in 1996 and aged about 25 years. It belongs to the distillery's O.F.C. collection, named for the site's original O.F.C. Distillery, and it's bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in an individually numbered, hand-cut crystal decanter modeled on an early-1900s O.F.C. decanter from the distillery archives.

Expect cherry cordial, caramel, and lightly smoked oak on the nose, with dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, and dates on the palate and a long finish of leather, black pepper, and cinnamon. Serve neat.
