Bearface Wilderness Series 01 Canadian Whisky 750ml

Bearface Wilderness Series 01, also called Matsutake Release 01, is the first release in Bearface's Wilderness Series. This Canadian single grain whisky is matured in ex-sherry and wine casks inside repurposed shipping containers in British Columbia, a method the brand calls Elemental Ageing, and is infused with wild matsutake mushrooms foraged in the province. It is bottled at 42.5% ABV.

Sip it neat to pick up the savory mushroom note, or try it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
