Amatitena Reposado Tequila 750ml

Amatiteña Reposado is made by maestro tequilero Alberto Partida in Amatitán, Jalisco (NOM 1477) from single-estate blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in a wood-fired stone oven, milled by tahona, fermented with its fibers in open wooden tanks and distilled in wood-fired copper pot stills.

It rests about two months in large French oak pipones and is bottled at 42% ABV. Expect butterscotch, roasted carrot, baking spice and orange peel.

Sip it neat or mix a Paloma. 750 mL.
