Żubrówka is one of Poland's best-known vodkas, produced by Polmos Białystok in the country's northeast. It starts with a rye-grain vodka and is flavored in the style of bison grass, the fragrant wild grass traditionally hand-harvested each June from the forests of eastern Poland. The result is a vodka with far more personality than a neutral pour.
