Yellowstone Rum Cask Bourbon Special Finishes Collection 750mL

Yellowstone Rum Cask Finish is the second release in the Special Finishes Collection from Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. It starts with four-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, which is finished for nine weeks in casks that previously held molasses-based rum, and is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

Limestone Branch lists toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee and toasted oak, with tobacco, clove and honey on the finish.

Sip it neat or with a splash of water, or use it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
