Woody Creek Colorado 100% Potato Vodka is made in Basalt, Colorado, from estate-managed Rio Grande potatoes. The potatoes are washed, peeled, mashed, and fermented within hours of harvest, then distilled once on custom CARL copper stills paired with a 21-plate rectification column and cut with Rocky Mountain spring water.

That farm-to-bottle approach shows in the glass. Expect sweet cream on the nose and a velvety, buttery mouthfeel with a light nutty character, finishing with a gentle warmth and a hint of rosemary and pepper. It has more texture than most grain vodkas while staying clean.

Try it ice cold and neat to appreciate the potato character, or use it in a Martini, Vodka Soda, or Moscow Mule.
