Wilde Irish Gin 750 ml

Wilde Irish Gin is a tribute to Oscar Wilde, crafted in West Cork, Ireland, with the brilliance, charm and wit of its namesake in mind. The brand notes it is made by Ireland's first female master distiller.

It starts with a 100% wheat-based neutral spirit and Irish spring water. The botanicals, including wild Irish heather, chamomile, bitter orange and juniper, go through a 16 to 18 hour cold steep before distillation in a single copper pot still, and the gin is bottled non-chill filtered. On the nose it is floral and citrus-driven; the palate opens with bitter orange, moves into chamomile and heather, and closes with soft juniper.

A bright, floral gin that works beautifully in a Gin & Tonic with an orange twist or a classic Martini.
