Weller Special Reserve | Full Proof Bundle

This bundle pairs two wheated Kentucky straight bourbons from the W.L. Weller line, made at Buffalo Trace Distillery with wheat in place of rye as the secondary grain. Weller Special Reserve is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Weller Full Proof is bottled at 114 proof (57% ABV), the same strength it entered the barrel, and is non-chill filtered.

Special Reserve has a sweet caramel nose, flavors of honey, butterscotch, and soft wood, and a finish with a note of honeysuckle. Full Proof shows vanilla, dark cherry, and caramel, then caramel and toasted oak, with a long finish of crème brûlée and chocolate. Taste the two neat to compare, adding a splash of water to the Full Proof if you like.
