The Producer Mezcal Maguey Joven Espadin 750ml

The Producer Espadin is a joven mezcal made by mezcalero Juan Pacheco Santos in La Noria, Ejutla, Oaxaca. Espadin agave harvested at about 7 years is roasted for 60 hours, crushed by a tahona and fermented for 8 days in wooden vats.

It is distilled in a copper refrescador still and bottled unaged at 44% ABV.

Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal negroni. 750 mL.
