The Last Drop Glenrothes 1970 750ml

The Last Drop 1970 Glenrothes is a Speyside single malt from three neighboring casks filled on December 6, 1970, at the Glenrothes distillery and bottled in January 2020 after about 50 years. Only 286 bottles were released across the three casks, each at its natural strength of roughly 44 to 45% ABV. Each bottle comes with a 50ml miniature and a tasting journal.

Expect fruit, vanilla, and gentle peat smoke, with malt, dark chocolate, dried apricot, and balanced spice. Sip it neat.
