The Block Distilling Co. The Night Sweats Bottled in Bond Bourbon 750ml

This four-year bottled-in-bond straight bourbon is a collaboration between The Block Distilling Co. in Denver, Colorado, and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats. It is distilled from yellow, red and blue corn, millet and malted barley and aged in barrels air-seasoned for 36 months. As a bottled-in-bond whiskey, it is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof), and proceeds benefit The Marigold Project.

Expect vanilla, dark honey and caramel with pepper and an earthy sweetness. Sip it neat or use it in an old fashioned. 750 mL.
