Templeton Rye Bourbon Fortitude 750 ML

Templeton Fortitude is a high-rye straight bourbon and the first whiskey distilled at Templeton Distillery in Templeton, Iowa, released in April 2024. The mash bill is 55% corn, 40% rye, and 5% malted barley, with corn from farms within 15 miles of the distillery. It is matured in first-fill new American oak and bottled non-chill filtered at 92 proof (46% ABV).

The high rye content shows up as a spicy rye character on the nose and the first sip. Good neat, on the rocks, or in an Old Fashioned.
