St. George Pear Brandy 750ml

St. George Pear Brandy is a pear eau-de-vie from St. George Spirits in California. It is distilled in copper pot stills from whole Bartlett pears, about 30 pounds of fruit for each bottle, and bottled at 40% ABV with no residual sugar.

The producer lists ripe Bartlett pear, subtle honey and a hint of spice on a dry palate with a mineral edge. Sip it neat, pour it with tonic water, or use it in a pear martini. 750 mL.
