St. George Dry Rye Gin 750ml

St. George Dry Rye Gin is made by St. George Spirits in Alameda, California, on a base of 100% unaged, pot-distilled rye rather than neutral spirit. Juniper is vapor-infused, while Malabar black pepper, caraway, coriander, grapefruit and lime are distilled in a copper pot still. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

The producer describes it as spicy and malty with juniper sharpness and a rich, velvety texture.

Try it in a Negroni, a martini or a gin Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
