Sotol Coyote Chihuahua Blanco Pink Label 750ml

Sotol Coyote Chihuahua is the pink-label expression associated with producer Gerardo Ruelas. This clear Mexican spirit comes from Chihuahua and is made from sotol, also known as the desert spoon plant. The 750ml bottle is presented at 50% ABV, with the regional identity displayed prominently on its label.

The supplier describes smoky and earthy aromas alongside citrus, wild herbs and mineral notes, followed by a warm palate with an herbal character. Serve a small pour neat to explore the spirit slowly, adding a little water if desired. It offers a distinctive alternative within a collection of Mexican distilled spirits.
