Silent Pool Gin 750 ml

Silent Pool Gin comes from Silent Pool Distillers on the Albury Estate in England's Surrey Hills, started by a group of friends in 2013. It is distilled with more than 20 botanicals, including juniper, lavender, chamomile, rose, Thai lime, coriander and cardamom, and finished with local honey from hives on the estate. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

Expect juniper with floral lavender, bright citrus and gentle honey sweetness. Try it in a Gin and Tonic with lime or a Martini. 750 mL.
