Sierra Norte Mexican Red Corn Whiskey 750ml

Sierra Norte Red Corn is a Mexican whiskey from Oaxaca, made under master distiller Douglas French. The mash is 85% native Oaxacan red corn and 15% malted barley, double distilled in copper pot stills and aged for at least 10 months in French oak barrels. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

Whisky Advocate noted cornbread, graham cracker and red licorice on the nose, with baked orange, clove and toffee on the palate.

Sip it neat or with a little water. 750 mL.
