Scotti's Original Springs 5 Year Private Stock Straight Bourbon 750ml

Scotti's Original Springs 5 Year Private Stock is a straight bourbon made grain to glass at R6 Distillery in El Segundo, California, from California-grown corn, rye and barley and aged five years in new charred American oak. The brand revives a 1940s bourbon label from the Scotti family's liquor store in St. Louis. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

Expect caramelized sugar, vanilla and cocoa with toasted grain, baking spice and orange oil, finishing long with oak and caramel. Sip it neat or use it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
