Description
The Manhattan Project is a bottled Manhattan from Savage & Cooke Distillery on Mare Island, California. It is made with the distillery's Lip Service Rye, aged at least three years in new charred oak and finished in Grenache wine barrels, plus vermouth from Rockwell Vermouth Co. and house-made bitters.
It is bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof) under a swing-top lid and holds about eight 3 oz servings. Expect dark fruit, candied orange and vanilla.
Pour over ice and garnish with an orange peel. 750 mL.
