Rothman & Winter Orchard Cherry Liqueur 750ml

Rothman & Winter Orchard Cherry Liqueur combines juice from sour Weichsel cherries grown in Lower Austria with an eau-de-vie distilled from the same fruit. This 750ml bottling is presented at 24% ABV. The recipe leaves out added spice and vanilla so the cherry character remains at the center of the finished liqueur.

Its balance of sweet and tart fruit makes it a versatile cocktail ingredient. Add it to a sparkling-wine serve, use it in a cherry-accented whiskey cocktail, or experiment with a small measure alongside espresso. It can also bring a bright cherry note to simple desserts.
