Rhum JM Terroir Volcanique 700 ml

Rhum J.M Terroir Volcanique is an aged rhum agricole from Martinique, made from fresh sugarcane juice grown around the J.M distillery near Mount Pelee in Macouba. The juice is fermented for 24 hours, distilled in a Creole copper column still, then aged three years, first in re-charred bourbon barrels and then in heavily charred ex-rum barrels. It is bottled at 43% ABV.

Expect banana, apple, clove and white pepper. Sip it neat or use it in a Ti' Punch. 700 mL.
