Redwood Empire Haystack Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon Whiskey Bonded 750 ML

Redwood Empire Haystack Needle Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon is a masterwork of artisanal distillation, offering an exquisite journey through the rugged and majestic landscapes of Sonoma County. Crafted with a meticulous high-rye mash bill and aged for over eight years in new charred American oak, this premium spirit captures the essence of the redwood forest with its sophisticated profile of toasted oak, rich caramel, and delicate baking spices. Every sip reveals a complex tapestry of flavors, from dark brown sugar and maple syrup to a refined, peppery finish that lingers elegantly on the palate, making it a definitive choice for the discerning connoisseur.

Presented in a stunning bottle inspired by the organic texture of redwood bark, this limited-production, grain-to-glass expression is designed for moments of pure indulgence and reflection. The influence of the Russian River Aquifer and the careful 36-month air-seasoning of the barrels ensure that each bottle preserves the heritage and soul of the California coast, resulting in a texture that is as velvety as it is profound. Whether enjoyed neat in a crystal glass or as the centerpiece of a sophisticated tasting flight, Haystack Needle stands as a testament to the artistry of small-batch spirits and the timeless allure of the Redwood Empire.
