Redbreast 12 Year 750 ml

Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and matured 12 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

A complex, spicy, fruity aroma with toasted wood. The palate is full-flavored and silky, balancing spice, dried fruit, sherry, and toasted notes, with a long, satisfying finish.
