Red Monkey Makgeolli Rice Wine 375ml

Red Monkey is a makgeolli, a cloudy Korean rice brew, made by Sulseam in South Korea. It is brewed from rice, nuruk and red yeast rice powder, which gives it a striking crimson color. It is bottled at 10.8% ABV.

The producer describes ripe strawberry, raspberry and dried rose petal notes, with natural rice sweetness balanced by fresh acidity.

Shake gently, serve well chilled in small cups and pair it with savory Korean dishes. 375 mL.
