Rare Hare Lucky Bastard 30 year 700 ml

Rare Hare Lucky Bastard is a 30-year-old Canadian whisky from Playboy Spirits' Rare Hare line, finished in Pineau des Charentes barrels and bottled at 89 proof (44.5% ABV). It was released as a limited edition of 2,500 bottles, with the finishing barrels moved between sunny and shaded parts of the facility to avoid over-oaking.

Reviewers note sesame oil, gingerbread, and toasted coconut on the nose, with young coconut, plantain, anise, and mandarin orange on the palate and a doughy, sugar-cookie finish. Best sipped neat or with a drop of water.
