Description

Rancho Tepúa Bacanora Blanco is an unaged bacanora made by fifth-generation bacanorero Roberto Contreras at Rancho Tepúa in Aconchi, Sonora, Mexico. It is distilled from Agave Pacífica (Agave angustifolia) that is cooked underground for about 36 hours, fermented with wild yeasts and double distilled in an alembic still. Proof varies slightly by batch, so check the label.

Reviewers note fresh herbs, mint, roasted agave, pepper and citrus. Sip it neat from a small glass. 750 mL.
