Raízee Crystal Onyx Joven Raicilla 750ml

Raízee Crystal Onyx is the black-label edition of Raízee Crystal raicilla, a young, unaged agave spirit made from 100% Agave maximiliana grown in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave hearts are cooked in a clay oven or an underground pit, then fermented and distilled into a clear spirit.

The producer describes it as young, smooth and fruity. Pour it neat into a small glass with orange slices on the side, or use it in place of tequila in a simple agave cocktail. 750 mL.
