Rabbit Hole Heigold Cask Strength Limited Edition Artist Series 750 ml

This is a limited single-barrel release of Rabbit Hole Heigold, a Kentucky straight bourbon made from a high-rye mash of 70% corn, 25% malted rye, and 5% malted barley. It is aged at least four years in new American oak barrels that are #3 charred and toasted, then bottled at full cask strength, so proof varies from barrel to barrel. Each release carries labels from a series of six original illustrations.

Because every barrel is different, tasting notes vary by bottle. Rabbit Hole describes the character as rich oak. Sip it neat first, then add a few drops of water.
