Pinhook Bourbon 7 year 750ml

Pinhook takes a vintage-driven approach to bourbon, inspired by winemaking: rather than chasing the same flavor every year, each release captures its own moment. The Vertical Series tracks a group of barrels as they mature, and this seven-year bottling is a single barrel pulled from that program.

Pinhook bottles its single barrels unfiltered and at cask strength to show exactly what made that barrel stand out. The mash bill is 75% corn, 20.5% rye and 4.5% malted barley, a high-rye recipe that tends toward spice alongside the sweetness of the corn.

Because every barrel is different, proof and flavor vary from bottle to bottle. Check the label for the exact proof of your barrel.
